Terms of Service

1. Golf Live service

Golf Live provides live Stableford scoring, leaderboards, saved players, course information, round history and related group features. One subscription is for one Golf Live group and currently supports up to 24 saved players.

2. Free trial and subscription

New paid groups receive a 14-day free trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription continues at £6.99 per month using the payment method held by Stripe. The subscription renews monthly until cancelled.

3. Cancellation

The group administrator can manage the subscription through the Stripe customer portal from Golf Live. Where Stripe confirms cancellation at the end of the current billing period, Golf Live remains available until that period ends. Immediate cancellation or expiry of the paid period removes access to the Stripe-managed group.

4. Group access and PINs

The person setting up a group is responsible for keeping Member and Admin PINs appropriately controlled. The Admin PIN provides access to administrative features, including subscription management, and should only be shared with trusted group administrators.

5. Acceptable use

Golf Live must not be used unlawfully, to interfere with the service, to attempt unauthorised access to another group, or to submit content that the user has no right to use.

6. Availability and changes

Golf Live is provided as an online service and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, hosting, network or third-party service reasons. Features may be improved or changed over time while maintaining the core purpose of the service.

7. Scores and golf information

Users are responsible for checking course data, handicaps and entered scores. Golf Live is a scoring aid and does not replace official competition administration or the rules and decisions of a golf club or competition organiser.

8. Payments

Payments and payment-card details are handled by Stripe. Golf Live does not store full payment-card details.

9. Ending access

Golf Live may suspend a group where required for security, misuse, non-payment or legal reasons. A cancelled or unpaid Stripe-managed subscription may be prevented from signing in until the subscription is restored.
