Terms of Service

1. The service

Golf Live is provided by Robert McLean, a sole trader trading as Golf Live. It provides group golf scoring, live leaderboards, saved players, course information, history, statistics, notifications and supported game formats.

2. Free access

Golf Live is currently provided free of charge. Creating a group does not require card details. Golf Live may change or discontinue features in the future, with reasonable notice where appropriate.

3. Group access and PINs

The group organiser is responsible for controlling the Member and Admin PINs. Account-email recovery uses a time-limited, single-use link and replaces both PINs.

4. Scores and results

Organisers must verify scores, handicaps, course information and final results before prizes or competition decisions are made. Golf Live is an aid and does not replace official competition administration.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, infringe rights or overload the service.

6. Availability

The service depends on devices, internet connectivity, hosting and third-party services and may sometimes be interrupted or unavailable.

7. Liability and law

Nothing excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
